Privacy
Your info. Used for your wheels.
New Look Alloy Wheel Repair is a wheel repair shop at 265 Commerce Blvd Unit 11, Athens, GA 30606. This page covers what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, phone, email, vehicle, the service you need, your notes, and any photos you upload.
- Website chat: the messages you type, plus your name and mobile number. Both are required to chat, because New Look replies by text. If you ask for a quote or book in the chat, also your vehicle, email and any photos you add.
- Bookings: your name, phone, email, vehicle, service, drop-off day and time, and your notes.
- Site visits: standard server logs, plus a Google Ads tag that uses cookies to measure which ads lead to quote requests.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, and complete your wheel repair, and to contact you about it. That is all. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers to run the site and deliver messages: website hosting and form handling, a database for bookings, an email delivery service, and a notification service that alerts the shop owner when a request comes in. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Automatic chat replies
The first reply or two in the website chat may be written automatically by an AI service, Anthropic, from the messages you type. Then New Look takes over and replies personally.
Vehicle lookup
When you pick a year and make, your browser loads the model list from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public vehicle database (NHTSA). Only the year and make go to NHTSA. Never your name or contact details.
How long we keep it
Booking and quote records are kept as business records for the work we do. Ask and we will delete your information, unless we need to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
