New Look Alloy Wheel Repair

How texts start. Only if you ask.

New Look Alloy Wheel Repair texts customers only about their own quote, booking and repair. No marketing. There are two ways a customer starts getting texts from us.

1. The checkbox on our quote and booking form

On newlookalloywheelrepair.com, the price card is the quote and booking form. Tap any service (for example Curb rash), then Skip photos. The last step, Where do we send the price?, has an optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to get a quote or book. It reads:

"Text me about my quote or booking. By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from New Look Alloy Wheel Repair about your quote, booking, and service at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Not required to get a quote or book." It links to our SMS terms and Privacy Policy.

The last step of the New Look quote form on a phone: name, mobile, email and vehicle fields, then the unchecked text-message consent checkbox (outlined in red) with its full disclosure, above the Send my quote request button.

When a customer checks the box and sends the form, they get one confirmation text: "New Look Alloy Wheel: Got your quote request. We'll text or email your price, same business day. Reply STOP to opt out." Customers who don't check the box are contacted by email or phone instead.

2. The customer texts us first

A customer who texts our shop number gets a reply to their own question, from a person at the shop. We don't add them to anything else.

Every text

Message frequency varies with the job (a typical repair is a handful of texts). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full terms: Terms & Conditions · Privacy Policy.
