Diamond cut wheel repair  ·  Athens, GATwo-tone.Machined.Diamond cut.Re-cut onour lathe.

Diamond cut wheels have a bright machined face over painted pockets. Paint over a damaged one and it never looks right again. We re-machine the face on our CNC lathe, so it looks like it left the factory.

Is my wheel diamond cut?

If the spoke faces are bright metal with fine lines in them and the pockets are painted, it's diamond cut (also called machined, bright-cut or two-tone). Most damage to these wheels can't be fixed with paint alone, because the bright face is cut, not painted.

How we do it.

  1. Repair. Curb rash and damage fixed first.
  2. Refinish. The painted areas refinished in your color.
  3. Re-machine. The face cut again on our lathe for that fresh, lined shine.

Price and timing.

Diamond cut work is quoted per job from your photos. It takes longer than our standard turnaround, and we confirm timing with the quote.
